Registration for the upcoming Maple Grove Senior High football season is fast approaching. Athletic Eligibility Packets that include a physical form are available at MGSH's main entrance and on the MGSH school web site at: http://www.district279.org/sec/mgsh/sports/regmaterials.htm
Forms and athletic fees may be turned in at MGSH's athletic office beginning daily Monday August 6th from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Physicals All athletes at Maple Grove Senior High must have a physical before they will be allowed to participate. Physicals will be accepted if they are within three years from the date of the actual examination and are good three years from that date.
Equipment Football equipment will be issued on Friday, August 10th. Use West Entrance C. Players cannot check out equipment without turning in forms and athletic fees; they must also have a combination lock at check out time (Freshmen will not need a lock).
Seniors and Juniors begin checking out equipment at 7:30 a.m.according to individual check-out times posted in the SDC and Door C.
Sophomores will check out equipment at 10:00 a.m. and Freshmen will begin at 11:00 a.m. concluding by 12:30 p.m. There will be a waiting line. Phones will be available to call for rides after check out.
